White Horse Trading Company Dungarees

I picked up a pair of White Horse Trading Company Dungarees recently. I ran across White Horse on Instagram through a mutual friend. I reached out to owner Ryan and got a hold of a pair. Some of the really nice details are:
Aside from the Denim every part and piece is made in the USA
Hand set rivets
Single needle stitched riser seam construction
Roped hems
Cow hide leather tag
14oz Japanese Sanforized Selvedge denim (which was great, I am a true 34 and I ordered 34)
The pocket bags are finished using a "hong kong"seam finish-a method introduced and primarily used in custom couture houses, as it is time consuming and costly.
Fly components are all self enclosed leaving no raw edges to be found anywhere on the inside of the jeans.
Belt loops are four layers thick.

CLAW custom leather iphone case

My buddy Ryan made this awesome leather iphone case for me. I had been complaining about the annoying iphone fades my jeans were starting to get. So I hit him up to make me a custom case. Levi Vintage Clothing Spring 13' Miner

Here are a few items from the new LVC Levi Vintage Clothing Season 2013. Half of the collection is Miner inspired and the other half Hot Rod. Some of the items from the Miner collection were developed from The Harris collection. LVC did a great job on these items. More to come. 

Union-Made Blogspot

Last week I had heard some horrible news, Mike Hersh had passed away. Mike was a fellow collector of workwear collectibles and photos. He also created one of my favorite blogs to visit Union-Made blog. Click here to visit. Me, Michael and Charla Harris met with Mike last year at the Ralph Lauren headquarters. Mike showed us some of his collection and then we all went to lunch. Mike had one of the most impressive and largest collections.  He was one of the nicest sincere and humble people I have met. I was definitely honored to met Mike. My thoughts go out to his family.

I re-waxed the Mister Freedom Deck Jacket.
