HAPPY 1st B-DAY EMMY!

Happy 1st birthday Emmy! Lisa and Rocco threw an incredible party for Emerson who turned 1. Lisa made a cupcake that was half the size of Emerson for her birthday cake. All the treats were incredible and the food was delicious. Thanks again Danny for designing the B-Day card!

Swat, Turks, and Parents

So I went out with the SWAT team and took some photographs of them training. The shooting part of the training was at Briar Rabbit in Zainsville. Briar is a really fun shooting range owned by a really cool guy Joe Wagner. I think Joe has like 7 dogs and the photo is of one of the dogs sleeping in one of his carts. If you like to shoot check them out www.briarrabbit.com
I included a photo of one of the deckhands on out boat trip to Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos. On Sunday, I went over to my parents house to help them move some stuff to the basement. I ended up taking some photographs of them in the backyard with one of my dad's gates that he made. The day was perfect and they looked perfect sitting there.

Scraps

I recently won a old photo scrapbook from Germany of soldiers injured during WWII. It contains a bunch of mugshot type portraits of the soldiers. An incredible find from my friend Jay who clued me into this item from Ebay Sweden. Pretty pricey but an incredible piece of history. Other photo's are on my bike ride and two images that my parents have framed at their house.

Borman Wedding

I photographed a wedding this weekend. Probably the last one ever. I really get stressed out during weddings. I did this one because Jay and Jen are friends. I heard the Borman's were know for planning and designing stuff, but the wedding was top notch. Definitely, this wedding and Heath and Sarah Mia's have been my two favorite weddings that I have attended and photographed. The wedding was 40's themed. I don't think I have ever worked and shot that much ever, Saturday, I shot from around 2:30 till 12:30 straight, putting down the camera for about 15 minutes the whole time to eat (which the food was great). But I think it was well worth it, I got tons of great photos. Not to mention the Cookout from the night before which I shot over 800 photographs as well. I will be posting a couple more soon. Still busy finishing up other stuff and trying to rest up. Thanks again Jay and Jen!
